Space Layout Styles
Calvary Orlando has nearly 225,000 square feet of versatile event space. To get started, chose the room set up inline with your event vision. Next, check our capacities chart.
Security
Calvary maintains an in-house security team whose services are included in our basic facilities agreement.
For larger events, we offer upgradable security options.
Calvary Orlando offers 1,100 onsite parking spaces. Each event receives 10 complimentary parking spaces for your VIPs, planning team, and vendors.
Guest parking rates start as low as $5 per car and can be arranged as part of your agreement.
Parking
WIFI Services
At Calvary Orlando, your Facilities Agreement includes access to our WIFI system.
This Includes public WIFI for your guests to use, as well as private WIFI for event-critical networking infrastructure.
Inventory
As part of your Facilities Agreement with Calvary, you will have complimentary access to our full inventory of tables, chairs, and more.
We will even set them up for you! Use of inventory items is confirmed as part of your Facilities Agreement or enjoy working with your preferred vendors.
Venue Coordinators

Event Planners Welcome
At Calvary we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of professionalism with our venue clients. As part of your Facilities Agreement, we collaborate with your venue coordinator or event planner to ensure every step of the event process is handled with precision and expertise.
We will work closely with your event planning teams. A team member is onsite for scheduled walk through, load in, and until your last vendor has exited the space.
Breakout Rooms
We have a variety of classrooms that may be available at select times as part of an existing Facilities Agreement.
Catering
Calvary Orlando does not provide catering services and alcohol is not permitted on premises. We welcome outside catering companies to register to become a vendor.
Once approved, our Venue Coordinator will set a catering walk thru with your planning team to ensure no detail is left unattended. We offer many options for food service staging and service areas.
Catering responsibilities include providing a professional service team, keeping the area clean in advance of and during the event and removing all garbage upon completion of event
(onsite dumpster available as part of your Facilities Agreement for small and medium size events).
